He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Butler and Mabel McCuan; his sister Sharon Butler; and his brother-in-law Marshall Tewell. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Tewell; his daughter Jennifer Wurz (Jason); his grandchildren, Hailey Wurz and Nicholas Wurz; his sisters-in-law, Carol Linton and Cheryl Tewell; and his nieces and nephews, Robert Linton (Tabetha), Douglas Linton (Lisa), Melissa Tewell, Stacy Tewell (Cain) and Samuel Tewell (Jenny).
