She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Wendt and Betty Louise Wendt; and her brothers, Ed and Bill Wendt (Emily Chosa). She is survived by: her spouse Emily Chosa; her sister Mary Bailey; and her caregiver Theresa Widder. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
