He is survived by: his wife Sophie (April); his children, Michael (Mike) and Sonja (Sunny); his son-in-law Wes Howell; his granddaughters, Mary and Kristina; his stepgranddaughters, Stephanie (Eric Petersen) and Elizabeth (Rick Scotson); and his sons, Peter Ostermeier (Margaux Oliver) and Mark Ostermeier (Laurel). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
