He was predeceased by: his wife Rosalie Ann Paris Baker; his parents, Leslie C. Baker and Juanita Elinore Hiatt Baker; and his sister Mary Newton. He is survived by: his sons, Steven and Timothy (Stacey); his granddaughters, Stephanie (Chris), Leanna (Dalton) and Faith; his great grandchildren, Connor and Aiden; and his granddaughter Janice (Emilio).
