He is survived by: his siblings, Lennie, Carl Van Straten, Daniel Van Straten and Mary Van Kirk; his children, Jeff Van Straten (Kathy), Laurie Brockman (Tim), Stephanie Larkin (Bob) and Andy Van Straten; his grandchildren, Abby Schwanz (Jacob), Michael Van Straten (Carolyn), Jenny Van Straten (Ross), Travis Brockman (Emily), Justin Brockman, Devin Brockman, Claire Larkin, Josh Gohr, Andrea Abbott and Lindsey Folta; and his great grandchildren, Maggie, Nora, Theo, Henry Schwanz, Willa, Vanna and Calla Brockman.
