He was predeceased by: his fathers, Leroy Kurth and Ernest Lee; his father-in-law Paul Williams; and his close friend Kevin. He is survived by: his wife Amy Williams; his children, Brian Kurth (Kristen), Shaun Kurth (Pam) and Lauren Kurth (Nick Conard); his grandchildren, Dylan, Chloe and Coraliese Kurth; his siblings, Kris Howard (Randy), Lisa Botteri (Richard) and Dan Lee (Jennifer Lally); and his mother-in-law Aileen Tyson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Sandy's name.
