She is survived by: her parents, Donald Heuvel and Sandy Vanden Heuvel (Sager) of Kimberly; her fiancé Jim Miller; her children, Holly Lazzaro (Jeremy) of Appleton, Ashley Milhaupt (Tyler) of Little Chute and Adam Schmitz (Allayna); her grandchildren, Kaiden, Addison, Ni'Eva, Parker, Easton, Emery and Elliette; her brothers, Don (Vickie), Dan (Deanna) and Dave Vanden Heuvel (Lisa); and her nieces and nephews, Danielle, Denae, Grant, Jacquie, Aly and Matt. She is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
