With sadness, we share the passing of Shirley M. Krause (Appleton, Wisconsin). Shirley, born on February 27, 1927, passed away on August 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Piette and Alma Piette (Rehfeldt); her husband Ralph; her son-in-law Earle Sherrod; her grandson Tyler Biese; and her brothers, Russell Piette, Norbert Piette (Rose), Wayne Piette and Carl Piette.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Turner (Glenn) of Austin, Texas, Christine Sherrod of Round Rock, Texas, Ruth Biese (Ron) of Weyauwega, Scott Krause (Michele) of Appleton, LuAnn Erb (Clair) of Krakow, Lana Koepsel (Jerry) of Appleton, Mark Krause (Cindy) of Appleton and Tim Krause (Kerri) of Neenah; and her sisters-in-law, Ginny Piette and Mary Piette. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial funds have been established for the Comfort Dog Ministry at Faith Lutheran Church.
