He is survived by: his wife Donna Barker; his sons, Justin Cotter and Matthew Cotter (Dara); his grandchildren, Aurora, Emma and Bryce Cotter; and his siblings, David Cotter, Michael Cotter (Marina), Donna Pagel (Larry) and Diane Melzer (Brian). He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
