He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilary Otto and Rosetta Otto (McAllister); his half-brother Terry Ziereis; and his niece Sarah Lotto. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lotto; his sons, Dean, Fox Crossing and Will (Emily) of Toledo, OH; his grandchildren, Brennan, Fox Crossing, Kennedy and Everett of Toledo, OH.; his siblings-in-law, Mick, Diane Lotto, Jim, Nancy Pierce, Larry, Diane Studley, Rick, Lou Kidd, Bernie, Janet Lotto and Denis Lotto; and his brother Scott Otto (Peggy).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bernard Catholic Church (1617 W Pine St, Appleton, WI 54914). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in Memory of Steve.
