She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland J. Martin and Betty A. Martin (Clark). She is survived by: her children, Megan Leigh Button, Amber Lynn Button (Joshua Parzych) and Charles Leland Madson; her granddaughter Hazelyn Anita Parzych; and her sister Deborah McCue (Larry).
