He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Howe; his brothers, Howard and Tim; and his sisters-in-law, Joan, Mary, Virginia and Barbara Mc Dowell.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his daughters, Tracy Carpenter and Susan Howe; his grandsons, Connor and Gunther Carpenter; and his brother Bruce. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for the Salvation Army and the St. Joseph Food Pantry.
