He is survived by: his wife Sandra Winter; his sons, Gary Winter, James Winter (Jeni) and John Winter (Sally); his adoptive daughter Kelly; his granddaughters, April Searer (Nathan) and Ashley; his brother Robert H. Winter (Sandra); his niece Julie; Michael Winter (Tracy).
Tom fought his battle with Parkinson's for several years and the disease stole his balance and so much more, but he never lost his beautiful smile.
