He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Flanagan and Beulah E. Flanagan (Green); his sister Maureen Van Doren; and his brother-in-law Dr. Charles Hurst. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Flanagan; his stepson Harold 'Chip' Noffke (Janice) of Appleton; his stepgrandchildren, Katherine, Benton, Isabelle and Elizabeth; his stepson Chris Noffke (Cindy) of Madison; his stepgrandchildren, Nicholas and Parker; his siblings, Michael Flanagan, Mary Ellen Hurst, Patrick Flanagan (Brad Cantrell) and Kathleen Flanagan (Keenan Behrle); and also Connor Van Doren.
