He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Olsen and Helen Olsen (Worden); and his significant other Karen May Hunter. He is survived by : his children, Kristin M. Olsen of Appleton, Dr. Kathryn M Olsen of Denver and Dr. Peter Olsen (Angela) of Jacksonville; and his grandchildren, Ella Kristin Olsen and Samuel Thomas Olsen of Jacksonville, Florida..
