She was predeceased by: her parents, Rheo Riopelle and Mary Alice Riopelle (Maguire); her brother Jack Riopelle; and her brother-in-law James Scovell. She is survived by: her significant other Pat O'Leary; her children, Chris Gehrt (Sarah), Bryan Gehrt (Anjela Powell), Adam Gehrt (Miriam) and Delaney O'Leary (Mitchell Priebe); her grandchildren, Brynn, Raegan, Charlie, Roger, Clark, Zoe and Eloise Gehrt; her siblings, Thomas Riopelle (Kathleen), Lee Anne Scovell, Patrick Riopelle (Jane), James Riopelle, Joanna Riopelle, Karen DuChateau (Patrick), Mary Bloomer (Richard), Dede Riopelle and Maureen Riopelle (Robin Baliszewski); and her sister-in-law Ginny Riopelle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Flowers are always appreciated, but a memorial fund is also being established in her name.
