He is survived by: his close friends, Arrow, Tuffy, Speedo, Murphy, Penny, Coco, Harley, Bruno, Yogi and Baby; his wife Connie Radtke; his siblings, Helen Radtke and Gary Radtke (Kerry); his stepdaughters, Sarah Konrad (Jerry) and Jennifer Steffen (Erik); his grandchildren, Kelsey Thill (Jourdin), Megan Jansen (Travis), Hope Hanson (Ashton), Abigail Steffen and Anthony Steffen; and his great grandchild Zachary Thill.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Habitat for Humanity, National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), or a favored charity in Bill's name.
