He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Keen and Gail Keen (Johnson); his sister Pamela Ladd (John); his nieces and nephews, Amber, McKenzie and Cassidy; his great-nephew Blake; his aunts, Kathy Keddell (John) and Janet Griesel; his uncle Chuck Siedschlag; his cousin Mary Stephan; and his uncle Jim. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established by his family.
