It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Vincent Armstrong (Appleton, Wisconsin), born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on August 2, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughters, Anna Seljan (Stephen) and Suzanne Cervin; his grandchildren, Matthew, Daniel, Alexandra Furney, Anna and Henry Cervin; and his brother Tom Armstrong. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
