With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Holly Ann Mohr of Arcadia, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 20, 2023 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Lola Mohr. She is survived by: her father Al Mohr; her husband Nick Slaby; her son Justin White (Brittany); her granddaughters, Kennedy and Lola; her siblings, Vala Mohr, Lisa Mohr (Pete) and Scott Mohr (Milisa); and her grandchildren, Ruby, Tate, Theo F. and Theo R.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions designated to "family wishes" are preferred, and will be used towards the placement of a Memory Bench in Memorial Park.
