He was predeceased by: his grandfather Thaddeus Kotlarz. He is survived by: his wife Fabiola Rubio Salazar; his parents, Mike Kotlarz and Sue Kotlarz; his sister Amber Symicek (Dallas); his in-laws, Araceli Salazar and Lino Rubio; his siblings-in-law, Daniel Rubio Salazar, Diego Rubio Salazar (Giselle) and Perla Rubio Salazar; his aunts, Betty Andre (Steve) and Lisa Lamberson (Mark); his uncle Gary Andre; his sibling's children, Daniel Rubio Cruz, Harper, Jackson and June Symicek; and his godchildren, Dorian Candelas Cruz, Lalito Rodriguez and Aislinn Rangel. He is also survived by extended family & friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:40 PM at the Wozney-Killian Funeral Home (1378 E Wilson Ave, Arcadia, WI 54612). A Mass was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holy Family Parish (221 McKinley St, Arcadia, WI 54612). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Arcadia Country Club (340 Golf Ln #2716, Arcadia, WI 54612).
