He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Kujak and Alice Kujak (Benczyk); his wife Verna Przybilla; his grandson Dustin Sosalla; and his siblings, George, Edwin, Grace Larson, Sylvia Scott, Alice Haase, Rosemary Pronschinske, Marcella Lessman and Louise Kujak.
He is survived by : his children, Russell Kujak (Kathy) of Arcadia, Regina Wantock (Mike) of Springville, IA, Rita Sosalla (David) of Arcadia, Renee Wozney (Brad) of De Pere, WI, Rory Kujak (Stephanie) of Arcadia and Rosanne Wozney (Matt) of Buffalo Grove, IL; his grandchildren, Lynsey, Mitchel, Jamie, Dylan, Josh, Mack, Adam, Jenna, Reese, Savana, Ari and Ian; and his great grandchildren, Macy, Madelyn, Mackenzie, Lyla, Vayla, Kayden, Eli, Delilah and Owen.
