He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lewis and Jane Lewis (Zander); and his brother Scotty. He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Warren (Mickey), Philecia Lewis and Tianna Gladem; his siblings, Russ Lewis, Lori Johnson (Steve) and Al Lewis; and his friend Mike (Lori). He is also survived by 5 grandsons, 2 granddaughters, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the VFW (514 Willow St, Arena, WI 53503).
