He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Brian Jeremiason (Beth) of Oregon, Jason Jeremiason (Courtney) of Monroe, Tami Jeremiason of Oregon, Lisa Collins (Chad) of Waterloo, IA and Emily Schmitzer of Evansville; his sister Judelle Murphy (Ray) of Beloit; his grandchildren, Justin, Megin, Adam, Andrew, Olivia, Kinlee, Zach, Maya, Clovie, Tate, Ivorie and Roy; and his pet Teddy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, in-laws and great friends.
