She is survived by: her husband Jeff; her children, Janine Levison and Jed Smith (Jadalyn); her grandchildren, Felicia Becker, Sierra Scott, Brett Smith, Annabelle Hanson, Elissa Levison and Lily Leck; her great grandchildren, Gabriel Epps and Harlem Brewer; and her siblings, Shirley Kaiser, Roni Larson and Carlito Yslas-Fry (Erin).
