He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Manthe; his children, Kyle Kampen, Robin Oscar (Kampen), Chelle Scalzo (Kampen) and Ryan Kampen; his stepchildren, Kurt Christian and Kara Keepers (Christian); his grandchildren, Lexi Kampen, Megan Kampen, Will Oscar, Ben Oscar, Soren Scalzo, Helen Kampen, Eleanor Kampen and Amanda Wells; and his great grandchildren, Evvy Kampen-Hill and Eros Kampen.
