She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlin Rose and Lorraine Rose; her husband Gordon Petersen; her siblings-in-law, Warren, Charlene Petersen and Roger Marquardt; and her parents-in-law, Walden and Bernice Petersen.
She is survived by: her children, Jody Thompson (Ivan), Jay Petersen, Jana Petersen and Jeff Petersen; her grandchild Kirstin Dorn (Brian); her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Rosalyn; her grandchild Kelsey Bokath (Cody); her great grandchildren, Gage and Brantley; her grandson Tyler Petersen; her siblings, Harold Rose (Shelby), Donald (Lori Carter) and Bernice Sheehan (Tom); and her siblings-in-law, Allen Petersen (MaryLee) and MaryEllen Marquardt (Luke Thompson). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
