He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy"; his children, Michael (Pollysue), Michelle (Jaime) and Shari (Donavan); his grandchildren, Amanda (Andrew), Crystal (Jordan), Christina, Samantha (Abel), Brandon (Kelly), Brittney (Jake), Bradley (Chloe), Camryn and Cayd; his brother James "Jim" of Ohio; his sister-in-law Susan Bennett; and his nephew Scott.
