The passing of Aaron J. Frank-McQuarter of Ashland, Wisconsin, born in Bay City, Michigan leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on February 16, 2026 at the age of 37. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Herbert Williams; his aunt Debbie Williams; and his grandfather Robert McQuarter. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne McQuarter (Charlene) and Tammy McQuarter (Williams); his wife Khloe Frank-McQuarter; his daughters, Melina and Adalanna (Lina); his pets, Mabel and Jack Junior; his parents-in-law, Jeanne Chao and Christopher Frank; and his grandmothers, Mary Lee Williams and Beatrice McQuarter. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and neighbors.
During the COVID pandemic, he transitioned to a position as the office manager of Positive Attitude Development Group in Duluth, where he focused on helping people learn how to change their thinking and behavior to improve their lives.
In lieu of flowers, Aaron's family would be most happy if those of you who knew and loved him would look out for his girls as they grow up, help teach them the things you are skilled in that Aaron will not be here to teach them (hunting, fishing, building, etc.), and help them know the amazing man their father was by remembering and sharing his stories and the way he affected you.
