He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis M. Vitek and Carolene Vitek (Chvatik). He is survived by: his siblings, Wyatt Chvatik (Stacie) and Virginia Dietz (Anthony); his nieces, Alysha Chvatik, Ashley Voldberg and Isabelle Chvatik; his nephew Cooper Chvatik; his great-niece Zoey Chvatik; his great-nephew Gunner Chvatik; his godmother Cheryl Mesko; and his close friend Melody Lew. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
