He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Tutor (Soulier) and Leslie Homer Tutor Sr.; and his siblings, Philip Tutor, Elmer Tutor, Joseph Tutor Sr. and Geraldine Eidem (Tutor).
He is survived by: his wife Deb Ann Santana; his sons, Wade Tutor (Christie) and Francis Tutor (Stephanie); his siblings, Leslie Tutor Jr., Larry Tutor Sr., Bruce Tutor (Phyllis) and Doris Strehlau (Dan); his brother-in-law Tracy Eidem Sr.; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Maya, Alaena, Anthony and Soli Tutor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
