We are sad to announce that, on December 19, 2023, at the age of 90, Eugene Michael DeFoe of Ashland, Wisconsin, born in Bayfield, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John DeFoe and Dorothy DeFoe (Sands); his wife Shirley Briesch; and his siblings, Alice, Christine, Marvin Sr., Joseph, James and Donald.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Briesch and Violet Schneider (Mark Stuttle); his granddaughter Erica Parks; his great grandchildren, Morgan and Colton Parks; and his siblings, John, William DeFoe, Margaret "Margie" Schmidt and Betty Lepisto (Ken). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended relatives.
