She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Puig and Geraldine Mitchell (Bruce); her siblings, Bob Puig, Daniel Puig, Karen Jacobi (Jake) and Marlene Rooney; her siblings-in-law, Phil Olsson, Ed Sukala and Shirley Martin (Paul); and her close friend Nancy Dymesich.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Anderson (Wes), Cheri Deragon (Ken), Linda Koleski (Craig) and Michael Chmielak; her grandchildren, Sara, David (Pamela), Rachel (Allen Jensrud), Leah, Kalyn (Andy Grymala), Matthew Deragon, Jordan, Jeremy Miller and Alyssa Nelson; her great grandchildren, Chase, Olyvia Grymala and Emrie Anderson; her sisters, Lorraine Olsson, Linda Sukala and Carolyn Ritter; her siblings-in-law, Joe Chmielak (Deb), Pat Karker, Barb Netz and Nancy Tollefsrud (Paul); and her close friends, Dawn Berglund, Sharon "Fuz" Sokolich and Sue Robinson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
