She is survived by: her sons, Jason Childress of Ashland and Sam Childress of Sacramento, CA; her grandchildren, Jordyn-Jo Childress of Ashland, Erik and Ryan Childress of Sacramento, CA; and her sister Diane. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
