He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sr. Neff and Bernice Neff (Leciejewski); his daughter Amanda; and his brother Richard Neff. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Neff; his children, Dana Brown (Douglas Olson), Randy Neff Jr. and Russell Neff; his grandchildren, Markus, Thomas, Evan, Lucas and Noah; his great grandchild Cameron; his siblings, Roger Neff Sr. (Darlene), Kevin Neff (Marianne), Sharon Katka (Paul) and Krissy Barnhart (Brian); and his sister-in-law Katie Neff. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
