He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Lotter and Elizabeth Lotter (Weiler); and his siblings, Victor, Joseph Lotter and Betty Ann Collins.

He is survived by : his siblings, John Lotter, Thomas Lotter (Ruth) and Kathleen Murkowski; and his siblings-in-law, Lola Lendrum (Lester) and Dan Collins of Jackson, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
