She was predeceased by: her husband Benjamin; her brothers, Robert and David; and her parents, Andrew Levandowski and Rose Levandowski.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Susan Weis (Bradford); her sister-in-law Lorraine Mielke; Nicole (Ryan), Hayley (Cody), Eleanor, Libby (Jared), Rachel (Ross), Jerick, Lisa, Jacqueline (Ryan), Patrick and Judy. She is also survived by her four children, thirteen grandchildren.
