He was predeceased by: his parents, Parker "Earl" Spiller and Kathryn Spiller (Vacula); his wife Mary Lou; his siblings, Lillian Neeck (Stanley Andersen), Della Boyington (Fred Kaletka), Kathryn Marie Spiller and Richard Spiller; his former wife Peg Weis; and his brothers-in-law, Peter Berge and Vernon Lane.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Vana (Doug) of Foxboro, WI and Elizabeth "Betsy" Lane of White Lake, WI; his sister-in-law Dorothy "Dot" Spiller of Fifield; and his close friend Ellen Czech. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews, and numerous friends.
Memorials are preferred to Athenian Living or the Athens Area Veterans.
