She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank N. Smazal and Mayme Smazal (Schmutzer); her husband Joseph Sazama; and her son-in-law Greg Branstiter. She is survived by: her children, Richard "Rick" Sazama, Wayne Sazama (Bonnie), Colby, Joseph Sazama (Mary Claire), Orville "Pal" Sazama, Philip Sazama (Evelyn), Coral Branstiter, Marla Lampi (Bryan) and Owen. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and several siblings.
