She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Brickheimer and Gladys Brickheimer (Dygart); her husband Stephen Mader; her son Thomas; her siblings, Robert, Harry (Orella), Donald Brickheimer (Barbara), Beatrice Lesczynski (Bernard), Margaret Revling (Reuben), Mabel Schreindl (Clarence), Dolores Placek (Edward), Arlene Horrigan (Art), Helen Schillinger (Silver) and Gerladine Eder (Howard); her close friend Lloyd Bunkelman; and her sister-in-law Ethel Mader.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Reid (Dan) of Schofield and Gary Mader (Darcy) of Schofield; her daughter-in-law Nancy Mader of Marathon; and her grandchildren, Patrick Gumz (Carmen) of Schofield, Chad Gumz (Lindsay) of Schofield, Tyler Mader (Rachael) of River Falls, Seth Mader (Jade) of Woodbury, Carrie Klitzberg (Nathaniel) of Florida, Justin Mader (Hollie) of Marathon, Devin, Katelyn, Bryce, Hallie, Madelline, Emelia, Willow, Ella, Kiley, Olivia, Brynne, Garrot, Bo, Connor and Cole.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (417 Caroline St, Athens, WI 54411). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
