With sadness, we share the passing of David George Lingford of Auburndale, Wisconsin. David, born on September 9, 1937, passed away on September 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lingford and Barbara Lingford (Paul); his siblings, Mildred Lobner, Hazel Tuxhorn, Bernice Elmer, Vernon Lingford, Ruth Korth, Donald Lingford, Margaret Heitman, Harold "Jim" Lingford, Luella Rademann, Carol Woehrle and Joan Lingford; and his great grandchild Sateen.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Lingford (Krings); his children, Barry Lingford (Lynn), Lori Pearce (Jeff) and Lyn Weis (Mike); his grandchildren, Jessica Kurz (Ryan), John Lingford (Cassie), Jennifer Allee (John), Dustin Pearce (Elizabeth), Tessa Manriquez (Cesar), Chelsea Weis (James), Cassie Zell (Brady) and Zach Weis (Carlee); his siblings, Judy Lyrenmann and Robert Lingford; his sister-in-law Ethel Lingford; Evan, Jackson, Baylee, MaKenna, Colt, Kylie, Anya, Aiyla, Jacob (Samantha), Callan, Addison, Sophie, Aislynn and Autumn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (10571 George Ave, Auburndale, WI 54412). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed toward St John's Lutheran Church or Auburndale Jt Fire Dept.
