He is survived by: his wife Holly Mentink; his children, Travis, Amanda and Nicole; his stepchildren, Belinda Krysan (Craig), Aubrey Mallor (Matt) and Benjamin George (Ginevive); his sisters, Tamara Chaffin and Lori Mentink; his in-laws, Kim Lynum (Charlene), Lori Lundgren (Dan), Keri Mahoney (James) and Toby Lynum (Lorraine); and his nephew Kevin Mentink. He is also survived by many grandchildren, family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the O'Connell Funeral Home Baldwin Chapel (1010 Newton St, Baldwin, WI 54002). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the O'Connell Family Funeral Home (1010 Newton St, Baldwin, WI 54002).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial can be given to the discretion of the family.
