He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Syrus Lestrud and Helen Lestrud (Holt); his wife Mary Lestrud (Lynch); his children, Bjorn Lestrud and Ingrid Lestrud (Keith McCammon); his brother Murray Lestrud (Rosalie Lestrud); and his grandchildren, Aksel Lestrud McCammon and Finn Syrus Lestrud. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
