With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Etta Wagner of Baldwin, Wisconsin, born in Bismarck, North Dakota, who passed away on October 1, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Martin Wagner; her parents, Kenneth Snyder and Lucille Snyder; and her brother Dean Snyder. She is survived by: her sons, Kim Wagner (Teresa), Lynn Wagner (Ruth), Wayne Wagner (Sonia) and Joey Wagner (Chris); her grandchildren, Troy Wagner (Angie), Adam Wagner (Jodi), Traci Wagner, Amy Nelson (Allen), Wade Wagner (Amy), Samantha Wagner, Michael Wagner, Cody Wagner (Rachel) and Dakota Wagner (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Alison, Brandon, Caitlynn, Evelyn, McKayla, Mason, Tru, Walker, Clayton, Freya, Dawson and Jase; her great great grandchild Grayson; her brothers, Kenneth Snyder (Gloria) and Gerald Snyder (Vivian); and her close friends, Mavis Shell and Darlene Snyder.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Connell Family Funeral Home - Baldwin (1010 Newton St, Baldwin, WI 54002). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
