He is survived by: his wife Jane Pulk; his children, Angie Nelson (Tony) and Jacob (Tammy); his grandchildren, Allyson (Brandon Wendt), Adam (Meadow Berg) and Daylin; and his sisters, Joyce Hawke and Jane Terpstra. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
