He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lowell, Dorothy Gotzman, Dean and Yvonne Gregory; his cousin Tanya Moen (Everlasting Sidekick Stella); and his close friend Scott Gossel.
He is survived by: his parents, Larry Gotzman and Blanche Gotzman-Schwartz; his stepfather Steven Schwartz; his sister Trish Lloyd (Nathanial); his nephew Zacrye Aarthun (Morgan); his niece Alyssa Aarthun; his great-nephew Grayson Aarthun; his close friend Alex Schmitt; and his pet Diesel. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
