We are sad to announce that, on December 8, 2023, at the age of 87, Bergene Wilcox (Bangor, Wisconsin), born in La Crosse, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Kastenschmidt and Myrtle Kastenschmidt (Larson); her husband Theodore "Ted" Wilcox of Paul's Lutheran Church; and her brother Lewis Kastenschmidt. She is survived by: her son Steve Wilcox (Pat); her grandchildren, Scott Wilcox (Elizabeth), Shane Schlaefer and Shannon Wilcox; her great grandchildren, Cameron and Addison Wilcox; and her siblings-in-law, Juanita Wingfield (Herman) and Phillip Wilcox (Sue). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Bangor Lions Club.
