She was predeceased by: her parents, Irie Peterson and Edith Peterson (Luedke); her husband Robert "Bob" Michaels; and her brothers, Rev. Roger Peterson (Colleen) and Rev. Harold Peterson (Margene).
She is survived by: her sons, Todd Michaels (Nicole) of Hudson, WI and Timothy Michaels (Julie) of Hudson, WI; her grandchildren, Allison Priebusch (Matt) of Stoughton, WI, Megan Michaels of Madison, WI and Nathan Michaels of Hudson, WI; her brothers, Jon Peterson (Sandra) of Cashton, WI, Don Peterson (Dorothy) of Cashton, WI and Rev. Luther Peterson (Bonnie) of Northfield, MN; and her brother-in-law Ken Michaels (Corrine) of Chetek, WI. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Liz's memory to the St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bangor, WI.
