He was predeceased by: his brother Erik; his father-in-law Butch Knudtson; and his grandparents, Ervin, Ardelle Elliott, Ernest and Elvera Anderson.

He is survived by: his parents, Norbert Elliott and Diane Elliott (Anderson); his wife Deann (Knudtson); his daughters, Amber Rhodes (Corbin) and April Klum (Ethan); his grandchildren, Clayton, Arley Rhodes, Evan and Raven Klum; his mother-in-law Jane Knudtson (George Wolf); his siblings-in-law, Vicki Brenstein (Scott) and Scott Knudtson (Jill); and his nieces and nephews, Allison Elliott, Cole Brenstein, Alex Knudtson and Dylan Knudtson.
