He was predeceased by: his wife Terrie Dunlap (Theo); his son Frank; and his siblings, Frank Lewandowski and Alice Bochniak. He is survived by: his son Dan Zurawski (Amberlee); his daughter-in-law Liz Zurawski; his grandchildren, Zak Zurawski (Amber), Felicia Bollig (Andy), Hailey Webb (Jacob), Cole Zurawski and Sarah Sorenson (Caleb); his great grandchildren, Caiden, Henry, Walker, Kelsey, Harmonie and Micah; and his sister Mary Kreczmer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
